For international and Hungarian universities

Keep the academic lead. Hand over the local load.

Capacity without losing control

Protect academic time. Reduce operational load.

A strong BIP needs institutional ownership. It does not require your academic or international office team to personally manage every hotel confirmation, participant question, supplier and last-minute change in Budapest.

01

Free up capacity

Shift time-consuming local coordination away from faculty and international office staff, so they can focus on academic quality and institutional relationships.

02

Build safety in

Prepare participants properly, agree responsibilities in advance and establish practical local support and escalation routes before the group arrives.

03

Work through one lead

Replace fragmented supplier communication with one local point of contact, one delivery plan and coordinated on-site implementation.

04

Make delivery predictable

Agree the scope, responsibilities, schedule and commercial model before delivery—without forcing every BIP into a fixed package.

Turnkey, with clear boundaries

One partnership. Two clearly defined roles.

Turnkey delivery does not mean stepping away. It means retaining academic and institutional control while a trusted local team takes responsibility for the agreed Budapest delivery scope.

Two ways to work with us

Start from the partnership you already have.

The service is the same: reliable local delivery. The starting point changes depending on whether you are bringing a BIP to Hungary or hosting one here.

01

For international universities

Planning a BIP in Budapest

Already working with a Hungarian university? We can support the partnership with a local delivery plan, participant services and on-the-ground coordination.

If Budapest is still an early idea, we can help clarify the local delivery requirements and, where appropriate, facilitate introductions. The formal academic partnership remains between the participating institutions.

02

For Hungarian host institutions

Hosting without overloading your team

Add experienced local delivery capacity around the academic programme already being developed by your faculty and partners.

We can take on the operational components that place the greatest pressure on international offices while the university stays in control of the academic programme and Erasmus+ framework.

What local delivery can include

Support shaped around the live partnership.

There is no pre-set BIP package. We define the right level of support around the group, dates, institutional capacity and agreed division of responsibilities.

International education experience on the ground

University thinking, translated into reliable local delivery.

Our team brings more than fifteen years of experience in international higher education, university mobility, short-term programme delivery, institutional partnerships and participant support.

We understand both sides of the work: what institutions need to protect, and what participants need to feel informed, supported and safe in an unfamiliar city.

Intro to Hungary is an independent local delivery partner. Academic, funding and eligibility decisions remain with the participating higher education institutions and the relevant Erasmus+ authorities.

Start with the live partnership

Tell us what your institution needs to keep—and what it needs to hand over.

Share where you are in the process, whether a Hungarian partner is already involved, the likely dates and group size. We will propose the next useful conversation, not a fixed package.
